Family Yoga taught by Kathy Therrien.  A family yoga class for children ages 5-7 and thier parent/caregiver. Learn basic poses, partner yoga games, relaxation and breathing techniques. No Yoga experience needed! Pre-registration is required. Yoga matts will be provided, but you can bring one if you have it. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes.
